We particularly liked that Cristina, the landlady, made us feel welcome and communicated well via email with directions and photographs. We liked the apartment as a whole -- it is well laid out, nicely furnished, and has a very welcome coffee machine (with pods provided!). "Some very tasty ""treats"" were also left out for us - very welcome."

Apartment well cared for and equipped with everything you need for an independent stay. The village of Petrignano is very close to both Perugia and Assisi. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. We appreciated the breakfast items and the coffee pods

Two-room apartment with living room and kitchenette. Modern, clean, bright. Full of amenities. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and oven with induction cooktop. You could eat your own meals. Nice and clean rooms, fresh, fragrant bedding. Bathroom with walk-in shower, fresh and fragrant towels. Inside there is a toilet and bidet. There was air conditioning in every room and TV in two rooms. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The landlord was very kind and friendly.
